1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may contact us with any questions you may have and may decline to use our Service.
2. Services Provided
We offer catering services for various events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and social gatherings. We offer various services that include menu planning, food preparation, and delivery. Set-up and serving is also offered for an additional charge.
3. Orders and Payments
● Order Placement: All orders must be placed at least 45 days in advance of the event date. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
● Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Zelle, CashApp or Venmo.
● Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a 80% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Menu and Food Preparation
● Menu Selection: All menu selections must be finalized at least 30 days before the event. We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences; please inform us of any special requirements.
● Food Quality: We guarantee the quality and freshness of our food. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or other health issues that may arise from food consumption.
5. Event Setup and Service
● Setup: Our team will arrive 1.5 hours before the event when it is a delivery only: 2.5 hours before the event when it is a delivery and to set-up the catering area; 3 hours before the event for delivery, set-up and serving service In every case, we require access to the venue and necessary facilities to complete the delivery of the order..
● Service: Our professional staff will be present during the event to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Service duration and staff requirements will be determined based on the event size and complexity and agreed upon terms and specifications between the client and the company.
6. Liability and Indemnification
● Liability: We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during the event. The client assumes full responsibility for any damages to the venue or equipment caused by guests or third parties.
● Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event, including but not limited to legal fees.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
